Arrest. Any Vessel or Vessels shall be arrested and the same shall continue unremedied for at least 20 days, unless such arrest would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

Arrest. Any arrest of a Ship or its detention in the exercise or the purported exercise of any lien or claim unless it is redelivered to the full control of the relevant Borrower within 30 days of such arrest or detention.

Arrest. Should the vessel be arrested during the currency of this Charter at the suit of any person having or purporting to have a claim against or any interest in the vessel, hire under this Charter Party shall not be payable in respect of any period whilst the vessel remains under arrest or remains unemployed as a result of such arrest and the Owners shall reimburse to the Charterers any expenditure which they may incur under this Charter in respect of any period during which by virtue of the operation of the Clause no hire is payable. This Clause shall not apply should the arrest be caused through any fault on the part of the Charterers.
