Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement and this Plan of Arrangement shall become final and conclusively binding on Pan Am, the Pan Am Shareholders (including Dissenting Shareholders) and Legacy at the Effective Time without any further act or formality as required on the part of any person, except as expressly provided herein.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Xxxxxxx Arrangement shall become final and conclusively binding on all registered and beneficial Xxxxxxx Shareholders, each of Xxxxxxx and Mountain, the Dissenting Shareholders, the registrar and transfer agent in respect of the Xxxxxxx Shares and the Depositary on the Effective Date.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement will become finally and conclusively binding and effective as at the Effective Time.
Arrangement Effectiveness. On the Effective Date, the Arrangement shall become finally and conclusively binding on the Shareholders and each of Rubicon, Paragon and CopperCo.

The Arrangement and this Plan of Arrangement shall become final and conclusively binding on Vizsla Silver, the Vizsla Silver Shareholders (including Dissenting Shareholders), Vizsla Silver Optionholders, Vizsla Silver Warrantholders and Spinco at the Effective Time without any further act or formality as required on the part of any person, except as expressly provided herein.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement and this Plan of Arrangement shall become final and conclusively binding on LITH, the LITH Shareholders (including Dissenting Shareholders) and SpinCo Shareholders at the Effective Time without any further act or formality as required on the part of any person, except as expressly provided herein.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement shall become final and conclusively binding on all of the parties hereto and the Shareholders of GPK and 2801 Shangri-La on the Effective Date.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement and this Plan of Arrangement will become final and conclusively binding on Volt, the Volt Shareholders (including Dissenting Shareholders), the holders of Options and Roughrider Shareholders at the Effective Time without any further act or formality as required on the part of any person, except as expressly provided herein.
Arrangement Effectiveness. The Arrangement will become final and conclusively binding on Ravencrest, the Ravencrest Shareholders, Subco, River Wild and the River Wild Shareholders on the Effective Date.
