Arrangement and Payment of Compassionate Visit and Hotel Accommodation. Intl.SOS will arrange and pay for one economy class return airfare and hotel accommodations for a relative or a friend of the Insured Member to join the Insured Member who, when travelling alone, is hospitalised outside the Home Country or Usual Country of Residence for a period in excess of seven (7) consecutive days, subject to Intl.SOS’ prior approval and only when judged necessary by Intl.SOS on medical and compassionate grounds.

  • Special Accommodations Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability should contact the Department’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, at (000) 000-0000. Requests for accommodation for meetings must be made at least five workdays prior to the meeting. A person who is hearing or speech impaired can contact the ADA Coordinator by using the Florida Relay Service at (000) 000-0000 (TDD).

  • Bereavement/Compassionate Leave 21.1 Employees (excluding casual employees) shall be entitled to a maximum of two days without loss of pay on each occasion and on production of satisfactory evidence of the death or near death in Australia of the employee’s partner, father, mother, brother, sister, child, stepchild or parents-in-law.
