Arizona Law. The Arizona law applies to this Contract including, where applicable, the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted by the State of Arizona and the Arizona Procurement Code, Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 41, Chapter 23, and its implementing rules, Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) Title 2, Chapter 7.
Arizona Law. This Agreement shall be governed by Arizona law and jurisdiction is exclusively conferred on the State of Arizona.

Arizona Law. This Amendment shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona.
Arizona Law. This Data Agreement is made in the State of Arizona and shall be interpreted by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Data Agreement shall be brought in the Maricopa County Superior Court or the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
Arizona Law. It is the intention of the parties that the laws of Arizona will govern the validity of this First Amendment, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties.

The laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, shall govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms, and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the Managers and Members. Pima County, Arizona shall be the exclusive proper venue for any action brought under this Agreement.
