Purpose Document Management Services includes storage of a State Agency’s or Eligible User’s physical and electronic records and providing storage supplies, archiving services, document classification, organization, retrieval, transportation delivery/pick-up services, destruction, scanning services and digital document storage. Records may be in any form or format including electronic (ex. paper, film, disks, digital media, etc.). The Contractor is responsible for providing personnel, materials, software, equipment, transportation, and facilities to perform all requirements listed in the Statement of Work for each Region awarded. Contractors shall provide Customers secure online access to their records via the Internet utilizing a Customer Portal and Repository. This records and information management system must permit access to the Customer’s inventory of physical and electronic storage records for the purpose of tracking, monitoring status, maintaining an automated inventory and database of the Customers’ digital scans, retrieving records (both physical and electronic), account management and notifications including emails, invoicing, and reporting. The Department understands that technology is rapidly changing in this industry and therefore reserves the right to expand any Document Management Services identified within this solicitation or new innovations that become available during the contract term. Awarded Contractors may propose alternatives for equivalent, better or more cost effective commodities, technology and/or services than specified under the Contractor’s original response at any time during the life of the contract.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve.
