AREAS OF ASSISTANCE. A. Provide a brief history of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s past experience related to CM services. Identify any previous working relationships between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Protégé. B. Describe specific goals and objectives that will be achieved as part of the Agreement. C. Specifically describe Areas of Assistance (i.e. Staff Development, Technical Development, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) that the Mentor will provide in order for the Protégé to meet the aforementioned goals and objectives.

AREAS OF ASSISTANCE. The Agreement is initiated by identifying areas of assistance deemed most beneficial to the Protégé based on collaboration with the Mentor. This includes review of how the Protégé’s capabilities and long-term business goals align with the project scope. The areas of assistance may pertain to engineering and environmental services, quality assurance and quality control, public involvement activities, business training and development, or other areas important to the Protégé’s professional development.   • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction. The Program will recycle recovered funds in order to provide additional program assistance until December 31, 2017, at which time any recovered funds will be returned to Treasury.

  • Duration of Assistance Program funds will be distributed as a one-time payment to the servicer.

  • Plan of Assistance The Plan of Assistance is designed to be helpful. It is initiated when other means of the assistive process have not been successful and the supervisor determines that the classified employee needs additional assistance and support to maintain or achieve an acceptable level of performance.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.
