Common use of Area of Interest Clause in Contracts

Area of Interest. 1. My interest or rights to acquire (a) any interest in mining claims or in other real property interests within the area described in Exhibit “A-2” (the Area of Interest”) or (b) contiguous claims that may extend beyond the Area of Interest, acquired during the Earn-In Period by or on behalf of either party or any affiliate or subsidiary of either party shall become subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section H.2.

Area of Interest. 1. Area of Interest. 1. My Any interest or rights to acquire any interest in (a) any interest in mining claims mineral concessions, surface rights or in other real property interests within the area described in Exhibit “A-2” A-3 (the “Area of Interest”) ), or (b) contiguous claims mineral concessions, surface rights or other real property interests that may extend beyond the Area of Interest, acquired during the Earn-In Period by or on behalf of either party EGC or MMI, or any affiliate or subsidiary of either party of them, shall become subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of Section H.2H(2).
