AREA AND SCOPE. 1.4.1 This Agreement applies to the Employees working on the Project engaged on construction work within the classifications detailed in this Agreement.
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply to onsite construction and commissioning work, including working within the operational areas of existing plant and facilities that forms part of the Boddington Gold Mine Expansion Project undertaken by the employees engaged by the Employer in the classifications detailed in Clause 4 of this Agreement. The Agreement shall not apply to employees, employers or contractors engaged in: • The transport of personnel to and from the Project where the employer/contractor providing the transport is not a signatory to this Agreement. • Deliveries of materials and equipment to and from the Project. • Off-site infrastructure and off-site manufacture and fabrication associated with the Project. • The installation and commissioning of transmission lines and towers. • The mining operations, mining preparation and maintenance.
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall apply to all work undertaken by Employees carrying out onsite engineering work or structural steel erection in or in connection with the Project. It shall have no application to any operations area or work. This Agreement operates in conjunction with any site rules and regulations and is supported by policies and procedures determined by the Company from time to time.
AREA AND SCOPE. 1.3.1 The parties bound by this Agreement are the Employer and the Union.
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall operate throughout the State of Western Australia and apply to all workers employed by the employers parties to this Agreement in the classifications contained in the first schedule to this Agreement.

This Agreement shall apply to onsite construction work that forms part of the Bluewaters Power Station Projects that is undertaken by the employees engaged by the Employer in the classifications detailed in Section 3 of this Agreement. The Agreement shall not apply to employees, employers or contractors engaged in: • The transport of personnel to and from the Project where the employer/contractor providing the transport is not a signatory to this Agreement. • Deliveries of materials and equipment to and from the Project. • Off-site infrastructure and off-site manufacture and fabrication associated with the Project. • The installation and commissioning of Western Power transmission lines and towers. • The operations of the power station by Xxxxxxx and it’s contractors.
AREA AND SCOPE. This Agreement shall operate over the Yilgarn, Coolgardie, Broad Arrow, Dundas, Xxxxxxxx River, East Coolgardie, North Coolgardie, North-East Coolgardie, Mt. Xxxxxxxx, East Murchison, Murchison, Yalgoo, Peak Hill and Gascoyne Goldfields, and that area outside those Goldfields in Western Australia comprised within the 14th and 26th parallels of latitude, and shall apply to workers employed at State Batteries.
AREA AND SCOPE. This agreement shall apply to employees employed by Grant Electrical Industries Pty Ltd at 0-00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Bayswater (the company) who are, or eligible to be, members of the Metals and Engineering Workers' Union - Western Australian Branch (the union) who are covered by the Metal Trades (General) Award 1966 No. 13 of 1965, The Draughtsmen's, Tracers', Planners' and Technical Officers' Award 1979 No. R 11 of 1979 or the Sheet Metal Workers' Award No. 10 of 1973.
AREA AND SCOPE. 1.3.1 This Agreement applies to and binds approximately 86 employees who are engaged by the Employer in the Transwa Division in the classifications listed at clause 3.1 of this Agreement and who are members of or are eligible to be members of the Union.
