Archival Back. Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Products and Services and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Products and Services for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Products and Services or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Products and Services and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Products and Services not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Products and Services to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer

Archival Back. Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: (i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures; (ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage; (iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. The phrase “cold site storage” means a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until the need for disaster recovery arises. The phrase “disaster recovery” means the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development. Contractor shall fully disclose all archival back-up and disaster recovery options available to Licensee (e.g., cold, warm, and hot back-up), including all terms and conditions, additional charges, or use authorizations associated with such options.

  • Student Tuition Recovery Fund “The State of California established the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution, who is or was a California resident while enrolled, or was enrolled in a residency program, if the student enrolled in the institution, prepaid tuition, and suffered an economic loss. Unless relieved of the obligation to do so, you must pay the state-imposed assessment for the STRF, or it must be paid on your behalf, if you are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all or part of your tuition. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”

  • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • MARC Records When applicable to the Licensed Materials, at Licensee’s request, Licensor shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records incorporating Licensee specifications at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.
