Architect’s On-site Representative. If an Architect’s On-site Representative is included in Service E or as a separately compensable service under the Special Provisions of the Agreement, or if later authorized by the Owner by amendment to the Agreement, an Architect’s On-site Representative acceptable to the Owner will be provided by the Architect. If so provided, the Architect’s On-site Representative shall be stationed full-time at the Project site to endeavor to further guard the Owner against Defective Work on a daily basis. Specific authority and duties of the Architect’s On-site Representative shall be stipulated in the Special Provisions of the Agreement.

Architect’s On-site Representative. For larger, more complex projects, continuous monitoring of the in-progress work may be necessary, which is a service that is not included in the Basic Services of the Standard Articles. If this service is to be included, it must be specifically provided for in the Special Provisions section of the Agreement form, or later authorized by an amendment to the agreement, with the scope of the service, authority of the representative, and terms of payment for the service clearly stipulated.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.

  • Contractor Representative Contractor designates *** as the Contractor Representative. Notification of a change in Contractor Representative shall be provided in advance, in writing, to Owner. The Contractor Representative is a Key Person.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Contractor’s Representative Contractor hereby designates [***INSERT NAME OR TITLE***], or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“Contractor’s Representative”). Contractor’s Representative shall have full authority to represent and act on behalf of the Contractor for all purposes under this Agreement.   • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Appointment of Independent Engineer The Authority shall appoint a consulting engineering firm from a panel of 10 (ten) firms or bodies corporate, constituted by the Authority substantially in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in Schedule-P, to be the independent consultant under this Agreement (the “Independent Engineer”). The appointment shall be made no later than 90 (ninety) days from the date of this Agreement and shall be for a period of 3 (three) years. On expiry or termination of the aforesaid period, the Authority may in its discretion renew the appointment, or appoint another firm from a fresh panel constituted pursuant to Schedule-P to be the Independent Engineer for a term of 3 (three) years, and such procedure shall be repeated after expiry of each appointment.

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.
