Common use of Arbitrator Selection Clause in Contracts

Arbitrator Selection. The parties contemplate that, except as specifically set forth in this Section 21, selection of one (1) arbitrator shall take place pursuant to the then-current rules of the AAA applicable to employment disputes. The arbitrator must be either a retired judge or an attorney experienced in employment law. The parties will select one arbitrator from among a list of qualified neutral arbitrators provided by AAA.
