Arbitration Expense. Each party shall bear the expense of the one arbitrator appointed by it and shall jointly and equally bear with the other party the expense of any stenographer requested, and of the umpire. The remaining costs of the arbitration proceedings shall be finally allocated by the Board.
Arbitration Expense. Each party shall bear the expense of preparing and presenting its own case. The cost for the services of the arbitrator shall be borne equally by the parties.

The Parties agree that the fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be paid by the losing party, and that all other arbitration expenses incurred by either party, such as witness fees, legal fees, transcript fees, etc., shall be the sole responsibility of the party incurring such expenses.
