Common use of Arbitration Award Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Award. The Arbitrators shall endeavor to issue a reasoned, written award within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the arbitration hearing. The Arbitrators shall have the authority to assess some or all of the costs and expenses of the arbitration proceeding (including the Arbitrators’ fees and expenses) against any party. The Arbitrators shall also have the authority to award attorneys’ fees and expenses to the prevailing party or parties.
