Arbitration and Jurisdiction. 15.1 At the request of either party, any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to any provision of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration to be conducted in Seattle, Washington. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules applied by the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon any award rendered through arbitration may be entered into any court of competent jurisdiction.
