Arbitral Award. 34.1: The award shall be made in writing and shall be signed by the arbitrator or arbitrators. In arbitral proceedings with more than one arbitrator, the signatures of the majority of all members of the arbitral tribunal shall suffice, provided that the reason for any omitted signature is stated.

Arbitral Award. The award of the arbitrator shall be issued in a written opinion, which shall set forth the arbitrator’s finding of facts and conclusions, and shall be conclusive and binding upon the Parties. Judgment upon an arbitral award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator shall have the right to order injunctive relief and the payment of attorneys’ fees, costs and other damages.
Arbitral Award. Any award in connection with the aforementioned arbitration proceeding shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal, and any judgment upon such award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the parties to this Agreement hereby waive all challenge to any award of an arbitrator under this Annex A.
