Approved Equivalents. During the Contract term, if a Customer orders a component, feature, or configuration of a Representative Model which is not available, the Contractor may propose an alternative, equivalent product to fulfill the order requirements. The Contractor shall submit a detailed description, including a correlating product analysis, and any other requested documents to the Department for review.
