Restricted Rights Use of the Software by or for the United States Government is conditioned upon the Government agreeing that the Software is subject to Restricted Rights as provided under the provisions set forth in FAR 52.227-19. Customer shall be responsible for assuring that this provision is included in all agreements with the United States Government and that the Software, when delivered to the Government, is correctly marked as required by applicable Government regulations governing such Restricted Rights as of such delivery.
Award of Related Contracts City may undertake or award supplemental or successor contracts for work related to this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with other contractors and City in all such cases.
Acquired Rights The Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Company may terminate or amend the Plan at any time; (b) the award of the Option made under this Agreement is completely independent of any other award or grant and is made at the sole discretion of the Company; (c) no past grants or awards (including, without limitation, the Option awarded hereunder) give the Participant any right to any grants or awards in the future whatsoever; and (d) any benefits granted under this Agreement are not part of the Participant’s ordinary salary, and shall not be considered as part of such salary in the event of severance, redundancy or resignation.
Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose a. An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care and support to a member of a class of person set out in sub-paragraph (ii) or paragraph (c) of sub-clause (1) who is ill.
– AWARD OF CONTRACTS II.9.1 If the beneficiary has to conclude contracts in order to carry out the action and they constitute costs of the action under an item of eligible direct costs in the estimated budget, he shall seek competitive tenders from potential contractors and award the contract to the bid offering best value for money; in doing so he shall observe the principles of transparency and equal treatment of potential contractors and shall take care to avoid any conflict of interests.

Particular Methods of Procurement of Consultants’ Services 1. Quality- and Cost-based Selection. Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, consultants’ services shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Quality and Cost-based Selection.
Transactions Made in Foreign Currencies If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, we and MasterCard International or VISA International, depending on which card is used, will convert the transaction into a U.S. dollar amount. MasterCard and VISA will act in accordance with their operating regulations or conversion procedures in effect at the time the transaction is processed. Currently, their regulations and procedures provide that the currency conversion rate they use, to determine the transaction amount in U.S. dollar, is either (a) a wholesale market rate, or (b) a government-mandated rate in effect one day prior to the processing date. MasterCard and VISA increase this conversion rate by one percent (1%) and keep this increase as compensation for performing the currency conversion service. We will charge you two percent (2%) of the U.S. dollar amount of the transaction converted from a foreign currency. The currency conversion rate calculated in this manner that is in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. Other Charges.
