Approved Application. The School’s approved application to operate a charter school is appended hereto as Appendix 1 and is incorporated herein by reference. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix 1, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.

Approved Application. The application approved by the School Board on October 24, 14 2006, as well as the renewal application, approved by the Sponsor on March 19, 2013, 15 are attached as Appendix A (“Application”). If any provision of this Charter is 16 inconsistent with Appendix A, the provision of this Charter shall prevail. All attached 17 appendices are incorporated and made a part of this Contract.
Approved Application. The School’s approved application to operate a charter school is appended hereto as Appendix A and is incorporated herein by reference. All references to the Application in the remainder of this Charter shall refer to the Renewal Application. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail. This shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements/Charters between the parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, separate agreements regarding the provision of food service, transportation, and other services may be entered into between the parties during the term of this Charter.
Approved Application. It is the intent of the parties that this Charter shall constitute the School’s Charter. The application was approved by the School Board by a vote of 4-1 on August 21, 2014. The Application is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A (the “Application”). This Charter consists of the Charter and Exhibits A, which are binding and incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Charter and the Exhibits, the terms of this Charter control.
