Approvals and Permits. The Developer or its agents, at its sole cost and expense, shall be fully responsible for obtaining all required approvals from all governmental agencies and for obtaining all necessary construction permits for all the Water and Sewage Facilities contemplated in the approved Plans and Specifications.
