Common use of Approvals and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Approvals and Licenses. Borrower possesses all the franchises, permits and licenses necessary or required in the conduct of its business, and the same are valid, binding and enforceable and all authorizations, consents, approvals or licenses of, or filings or registrations with, any court or governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality, domestic or foreign, or any specifically granted exemptions from any of the foregoing, necessary to the valid execution, delivery or performance by Borrower of this Agreement and the Loan Documents to which it is or is to be a party have been obtained and are in full force and effect.
