Approval of Site and/or Facility. The Charter School shall obtain proper approval for all sites and/or facilities prior to committing to any certificate of lease or ownership, prior to commencing any construction and prior to student occupation. Approval of Site and/or Facility. The Charter School shall obtain proper approval in accordance with SCSC Rule 691-2-.06 for all sites and/or facilities prior to committing to any certificate of lease or ownership, prior to commencing any construction and prior to student occupation.
