Approval of Material. All content directly related to this Agreement that will be used in any public activity must be approved by AGRA and will contain appropriate acknowledgments of the contribution of both AGRA and the Grantee. AGRA’s name shall not be used in such a way that AGRA can be regarded as having contributed to or vouching for the content.

Approval of Material. Sponsorship materials prepared by the Sponsor are subject to the prior written approval of the University’s Communications and Marketing department. The sponsorship materials shall be prepared in such a way so as to preserve the integrity, character, and dignity of the University, and shall be of high quality in design, material and workmanship. In the event the materials are unsatisfactory, the University, although not required to do so, shall have the right to produce a substitute broadcast/publication as under paragraphs (c) and (d) below. Any approval by the University hereunder shall not be deemed to be an approval as to conformity with federal, state, or local laws or regulations governing the Sponsor or sponsorship material.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses.   • Withdrawal of Licensed Materials The Publisher reserves the right to withdraw from the Licensed Materials any item or part of an item for which it no longer retains the right to publish, or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes copyright or is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will give prior written notice of the withdrawal to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions as soon as is practicable, but in no event less than thirty (30) days in advance of such withdrawal, specifying the item or items to be withdrawn.

  • Approval of Agreement The Board of Directors of the Company has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
