Common use of Approval of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Approval of Agreement. The Board of Directors of Xxxxxx Score has authorized the execution and delivery of this Agreement by Xxxxxx Score and has approved this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, and will recommend to the Xxxxxx Score Shareholders that the Exchange be accepted.
