Approval Inspection. The Supplier shall have the right to inspect the Product for ensuring that they can be approved to Sparklike CARE™. That will be done when Product comes to first yearly maintenance to supplier after agreement has been signed and paid. The Supplier shall have then the right to reject the Product from Sparklike CARE™ if the Product doesn´t meet Sparklike CARE™ conditions. In that case the Service Fee for the first year shall be reimbursed by the Supplier to the Purchaser less any costs incurred to the Supplier.
Approval Inspection. In the event that the Supplier has to carry out work, the Buyer must explicitly approve the work through an inspection process.
Approval Inspection. The Supplier shall have the right to inspect the Products for ensuring that they can be approved to Sparklike CARE in connection with the first Order for Services. The Supplier shall have the right at its sole discretion to reject the Product from Sparklike CARE in case the Product is in such condition that it cannot be maintained as set out in these Terms. In such case Sparklike CARE for the Product in question may be terminated by the Supplier’s written notice with immediate effect. The Service Fee for the first year shall be reimbursed by the Supplier to the Purchaser in case the Purchaser purchase a new Product from the Supplier.
