Common use of Approval by Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Approval by Stockholders. The stockholders of the Company shall have duly approved and adopted this Agreement, the Merger and the transactions contemplated hereby to the extent required by applicable Law and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Company and the Bank, and the stockholders of Gold Banc and of Acquisition Subsidiary shall have duly approved and adopted this Agreement, the Merger and the transactions contemplated hereby to the extent required by applicable Law, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Gold Banc and of Acquisition Subsidiary, and the rules of Nasdaq.

Approval by Stockholders. The stockholders of the Company shall have duly approved and adopted this Agreement, the Merger Agreement and the other transactions contemplated hereby to the extent required by applicable Law and the Articles Certificate of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Company and the Bank, and the stockholders of Gold Banc and of Acquisition Subsidiary shall have duly approved and adopted this Agreement, the Merger Agreement and the other transactions contemplated hereby to the extent required by applicable Law, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of Gold Banc and of Acquisition Subsidiary, Subsidiary and the rules of Nasdaq.
