Appropriate Use. Institution acknowledges that End Users must abide by the terms of the System Site, and Company reserves the right to deny access to the system to any End User who does not abide by such terms. End Users may use the system only for the purposes of viewing bills, submitting payments, and performing commerce-related activities for the sole benefit of the Institution. Use will be subject to any and all posted terms that are not inconsistent with terms herein. The Institution will ensure that the Institution, Staff, and End Users who use the system comply with all applicable laws and regulations and any written or electronic instructions for use.
