Appropriate behavior. Nothing in these Operating Rules, or any subsequent changes to the Operating Rules, shall contravene the OpenID Foundation’s mission. All GAIN POC Members should exemplify civility and collegiality, with the primary goal of reaching consensus on all matters as per Section 2 (“Consensus”) above. The GAIN POC Co-chairs may revoke a GAIN POC Member’s privilege of testing if they detect abusive activity (e.g. excessive interface requests).
Appropriate behavior. Producers and Producer Representatives shall be considerate and respectful to all Greenmarket Personnel, fellow Producers, fellow Producer Representatives, and all members of the community, and handle disagreements in a respectful manner.
Appropriate behavior. Contractor’s conduct will be appropriate for a school site and in accordance with District policies. Contractor shall not engage in profanity or verbal or physical contact with neighbors, students, or faculty.

All swimmers MUST shower before entering the pool. • Proper swim wear is required, which does NOT include shorts, jeans, cutoffs, or thongs. • NO PETS are allowed inside the pool enclosure at any time. • NO GLASS is permitted anywhere in the pool area. • Food is NOT allowed in the pool area except in designated eating areas. Drinks in non-glass containers are permitted. • Music is acceptable at a reasonable volume. • Inappropriate behavior such as running, pushing, wrestling, excessive splashing, standing or sitting on shoulders, or spitting of water is NOT allowed and may result in expulsion from the pool area. • No Profanity. • Obey posted pool hours. Health & Safety • DIVING IS NOT PERMITTED, except in designated areas. NO DIVING from furniture is permitted. • All children using inflatable armbands (i.e., water wings) or any approved Coast Guard flotation device MUST be supervised one-on-one by an adult who is in the water and within arm's length of the child. • Swim aides, floatable objects, and pool toys are allowed. • All children who are not toilet trained MUST wear approved swimmers' diapers while in the pool. • NO cuts, open sores, bandages or infectious diseases. • NO group activities (e.g., parties, day camps, private lessons, swim teams, etc) allowed without prior approval from the Board of Directors of Candlelight Oaks. Organized groups must provide at least one adult chaperone per eight swimmers under age 16.
Appropriate behavior. The Colleges are small communities within the larger Rice community and provide a unique environment for academic, athletic and cultural experiences. Living, dining and learning together over the course of an entire academic year requires a strong commitment to self-governance, tolerance, mutual respect, and shared responsibility. You are responsible for conducting yourself and maintaining your residence in such a manner so as not to create a hazard or nuisance or to otherwise infringe upon the rights, health, safety or security of others or their property. You are also responsible for fully complying with all applicable laws, Rice policies and procedures, and College rules and regulations in effect during the academic year.
Appropriate behavior. It is my further understanding that National MS Society reserves the right to refuse or dismiss anyone that may cause any disturbance or hindrance in any manner that could jeopardize the safety of oneself or others.

E-SPIN reserves the right to dismiss (without refund) an Attendee from any instance of the Training Services to maintain a productive classroom environment. In particular, E-SPIN will not permit Attendees to harass other students or instructors, or to act inappropriately or disruptively. Further, Attendees may not disclose Exam questions or answers to other Attendees or any other third party, and may not provide assistance to other Attendees taking the Exams. In such cases, E-SPIN will have no obligation to provide a refund or a certification. For all Training Services taking place at a E-SPIN designated site, Customer agrees that it (and its Attendees) will leave all facilities in the same condition as initially provided.

GRMC caregivers are expected to follow these behaviors and cannot be subject to discipline for appropriate behavior, but may be subject to discipline for failure to engage in appropriate behavior. Appropriate behavior. The purpose of an overnight stay is to provide prospective students (visitors) the opportunity to experience student and academic life from the perspective of a current student (host). Overnight visitors are required to stay with assigned student hosts for the duration of the overnight visit and remain on campus for the duration of the visit. Waiver of Responsibility I, the undersigned, xxxxxx agree to abide by the above and all other University policies as a participant in a hosted overnight stay at Gonzaga University. It is the determination of the Admission Office that no activities planned during this stay are inherently dangerous, and where risks may be foreseen, reasonable measures have been taken to prevent injury. I understand that Gonzaga University will not be liable for any damages or losses to person or property caused by other persons, theft, burglary, assault, vandalism, or other crimes, fire, flood, water leaks, rain, hail, ice, snow, explosions, interruptions of utilities, or other phenomena. I further agree to be fully responsible for any claims or damages payable as a result of negligence or acts or omissions to act by me (the undersigned) in violation of this Informed Consent and/or Gonzaga University policy.
