Apprenticeships. 20.1 The parties are committed to providing increased employment opportunities for apprentices and trainees through an effective manufacturing industry policy and an increase in apprenticeship places in the TAFE system.
Apprenticeships. 13.1 The terms of this Agreement will apply to apprentices, including adult apprentices, except where it is otherwise stated or where special provisions are stated to apply. Apprentices may be engaged in trades or occupations provided for in this clause where declared or recognised by an apprenticeship authority.
Apprenticeships. (a) It is mutually agreed that apprentices may be indentured under the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act of the Province of British Columbia.

Apprentices will be paid for attending the required schooling to complete their apprenticeship or traineeship.
Apprenticeships. (a) Apprentices are to be paid in accordance with the following formula:
Apprenticeships. The status of apprentices is governed by Article L. 111-1 et seq. of the Luxembourg Labour Code.
Apprenticeships. The parties recognize the advantages in assisting students in obtaining practical work experience as a necessary and component part of their apprenticeship training. This Letter of Understanding will establish the guidelines under which Apprentices may be hired, and will establish the salary rate and working conditions for these students.
Apprenticeships. 4.11 The Heart of Hampshire will assume responsibility from Government for the Apprenticeship Grant for Employers (AGE). The AGE funding must be used alongside mainstream apprenticeship participation funding to incentivise employers to offer apprenticeships. The Heart of Hampshire is free to vary the criteria associated with the grant (for example, size and sector of business) to meet local needs and will work with the Skills Funding Agency to identify an appropriate share.
