Apprenticeship. The purpose of this Article is to provide employees with the opportunity to receive occupational and vocational training through apprenticeship. The use of equitable apprenticeship selection criteria will give the Company reasonable assurances that the apprentice, upon completion of the apprenticeship, will become a proficient tradesperson.
