Apprenticeship Contracts. 7.01 Apprenticeship contracts shall be prepared before the end of the probationary period and shall be signed by the apprentice (and, if a minor, their parent or guardian). Each applicant for an apprenticeship (and if they are a minor, their parent or guardian) shall be given an opportunity to read a statement of apprenticeship standards before signing the apprenticeship contract.
Apprenticeship Contracts. 1. The rules contained in Art. 47 et seq. of Legislative Decree 276/2003, as later amended, apply to apprenticeship contracts for professional advancement aimed at attaining a professional qualification through training at work and acquiring basic cross-curricular and technical/professional competencies.

Where special or unusual circumstances occur or apply and where the parties to this Agreement and the adult apprentice agree in writing, the adult apprentice may be paid at a lesser rate, provided that the lesser rate will not be less than the rate for a junior apprentice set out in the appropriate Appendix to this Agreement.

  • Apprenticeship Requirements The Contractor shall comply with Section 230.1(A), California Code of Regulations as required by the Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Apprenticeship Standards by submitting DAS Form to the Joint Apprenticeship Committee of the craft or trade in the area of the site.

  • Apprentice An apprentice is an em­ ployee who is in training to become a Jour­ xxxxxx Meat Cutter. Apprentices must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Apprentices may be employed at a ratio of not exceeding three (3) for each seven (7) Journeymen employed by the Employer within the jurisdiction of the Local. A quar­ terly report covering the number of Appren­ tices employed in relationship to the number of Journeymen shall be furnished the Union.   • STUDENTS AND APPRENTICES Payments which a student or business apprentice who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.
