Common use of Apprenticeship and Training Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship and Training. Section 6.01. The Area Training Agreement entered into between the Southwestern Line Constructors Chapter, NECA and IBEW Local Union No. 611 as approved by the International President on July 1, 2001, and as amended, shall govern all matters of apprenticeship and training, and the financing thereof.
