Common use of Apprenticeship and Training Clause in Contracts

Apprenticeship and Training. Section 5.01 There shall be a local Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) consisting of a total of either six (6) or eight (8) members who shall also serve as Trustees to the local apprenticeship and training trust.
