It is the mutual intention of the parties that the Fund referred to in Article XXII XVII of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement includes, encompasses and specifically provides for the conduct of an Apprentice Training Program. This program will be administered in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations.
