Allocation of Costs and Voting Shares that includes a list of Communities and counties with WBGSWP COCs, their respective land area and 2000-census population within the Rouge River watershed, their proportional allocation of costs based upon equal weight of land area and population within the watershed, and their voting shares. Appendix B. 2003 Assembly Budget that includes a list of storm water management services and costs, and source of funding for calendar year 2003 adopted at the first meeting of the Assembly on August 5, 2003. Appendix C.   • Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:

  • To Agreement Company may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Website and revisions will be indicated by date. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Company Services after any such modification becomes effective. Company may also, in its discretion, choose to alert all users with whom it maintains email information of such modifications by means of an email to their most recently provided email address. It is therefore important that you regularly review this Agreement and keep your contact information current in your account settings to ensure you are informed of changes. You agree that you will periodically check the Website for updates to this Agreement and you will read the messages we send you to inform you of any changes. Modifications to this Agreement shall be effective after posting.

  • Appendices The appendices to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • PARTIES TO AGREEMENT This agreement is between the University of Central Florida (UCF) on behalf of its Board of Trustees, for the benefit of the University of Central Florida Department of Housing and Residence Life (UCF DHRL), and any person seeking residence accommodations in any of the various UCF DHRL residences (the Student). If the Student is a minor, or suffers any incapacity affecting the Student’s legal ability to enter into a contract, the term the Student shall also include the Student’s parent or legal guardian. The Student may not designate another person to act as agent or representative of the Student with regard to this agreement (i.e., having a friend pick up or turn in keys). The Student remains personally responsible for all rights and obligations arising from or related to this agreement.

  • Changes to Agreement We reserve the right to change any of the terms of this Agreement or any Specifications or Guidelines governing the Service at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. However, for all changes to this Agreement, excluding Specifications and Guidelines, we will post a notice of change for thirty (30) days. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes.   • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.

  • Amendments to Agreement This Agreement, or any term thereof, may be changed or waived only by written amendment signed by the party against whom enforcement of such change or waiver is sought. For special cases, the parties hereto may amend such procedures set forth herein as may be appropriate or practical under the circumstances, and Ultimus may conclusively assume that any special procedure which has been approved by the Trust does not conflict with or violate any requirements of its Declaration of Trust or then current prospectuses, or any rule, regulation or requirement of any regulatory body.
