Appointment, Terms, Stipend. The three (3) teacher members shall be appointed as per the NTEA Constitution and By- Laws. The administrative team members will be appointed by the Superintendent. The LPDC teacher members will serve rotating terms as per the NTEA Constitution and the By- Laws. The administrative members will also serve rotating terms. Compensation for all NTLPDC teacher members will be Home Instruction Rate as defined in this negotiated Agreement. Release time shall be used as needed, with the approval of the Superintendent.
Appointment, Terms, Stipend. The four (4) teacher members shall be appointed as per the ECTA Constitution and By-Laws. The administrative team members will be appointed by the Superintendent. The L PDC teacher members will serve rotating terms as per the ECTA Constitution and the By-Laws. The administrative members will also serve rotating terms. Compensation for all ELPDC teacher members shall be as following: Chairperson shall receive a five hundred-dollar ($500) stipend per year plus the home instruction rate for each LPDC meeting. The remaining teacher members shall receive a one hundred-dollar ($100) stipend per year plus the home instruction rate for each LPDC meeting.

Appointment, Terms, Stipend. The three (3) teacher members shall be appointed as per the PSLEA Constitution and By- Laws. The administrative team members will be appointed by the Superintendent. A supplemental contract will be issued for all teacher members of the PSLPDC. The contract will provide for released time and, when work is performed outside of the regular school day, compensation will be the same as the supplemental pay rate for substitute teachers.
