Common use of Appointment of Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Warrant Agent. The Company hereby appoints the Warrant Agent to act as agent for the Company in accordance with the instructions hereinafter set forth in this Agreement, and the Warrant Agent hereby accepts such appointment. The Company may from time to time appoint such Co-Warrant Agents as it may deem necessary or desirable. The Company shall promptly notify the Warrant Agent from time to time in writing of the number of Warrants to be issued and furnish written instructions in connection therewith.

Appointment of Warrant Agent. The Company hereby appoints the Warrant Agent to act as agent for the Company in accordance with the instructions hereinafter set forth hereinafter in this Agreement, and the Warrant Agent hereby accepts such appointment. The Company may from time to time appoint such Co-Warrant Agents Agent(s) as it may deem necessary or desirabledesirable upon ten (10) days' prior written notice to the Warrant Agent. The Company shall promptly notify the Warrant Agent from time shall have no duty to time supervise, and shall in writing no event be liable for, the acts or omissions of the number of Warrants to be issued and furnish written instructions in connection therewithany such Co-Warrant Agent(s).
