Common use of Appointment of USBFS as Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of USBFS as Transfer Agent. The Company hereby appoints USBFS as transfer agent of the Company on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and USBFS hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in this Agreement. The services and duties of USBFS as transfer agent described in Schedule III attached hereto shall include those duties as are normally and customarily performed by transfer agents in conjunction with such descriptions.

The Company Corporation hereby appoints USBFS as transfer agent of the Company Corporation on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and USBFS hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the services and duties set forth in this Agreement.
