APPOINTMENT OF THE PAYING AGENTS AND THE REGISTRARS. 2.1 The Issuer appoints each of the Paying Agents and each of the Registrars at their respective specified offices as its agent in relation to the Instruments for the purposes specified in this Agreement and on the terms and conditions applicable thereto and all matters incidental thereto. Except where the context otherwise requires references to the Paying Agents and the Registrars are to them acting solely through such respective specified offices. The obligations of the Paying Agents and the Registrars hereunder are several and not joint.
