Appointment of Subcontractors. (a) Where the Recipient engages another party to deliver or assist in the delivery of any components of the Project, the Recipient must enter into a contract with that party and that contract must be consistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Appointment of Subcontractors. The Manager may appoint agents or sub-contractors to perform any of the Services or other duties under this Agreement provided that the Manager will continue to be liable for the provision of any such Services and the performance of any such duties.

The Processor may only authorise a third party (sub-contractor) to process the Personal Data: subject to GMBS's prior written consent where the Contractor has supplied GMBS with full details of such sub-contractor; provided that the sub-contractor's contract is on terms which are substantially the same as those set out in this Schedule; and provided that the sub-contractor's contract terminates automatically on termination of the Contract for any reason.

Service Provider confirms that it has entered or (as the case may be) will enter with (each of) the third-party processor(s) into a written agreement incorporating terms which are substantially similar to those set out in this Processing Agreement as between Customer and Service Provider and, such third-party processor has given sufficient guarantees that they will implement measures to ensure that processing the Personal Data it carries out will meet the requirements of the GDPR and protect the rights of data subjects.
Appointment of Subcontractors. 30.8.1 The Provider will not appoint a Subcontractor to deliver the part(s) of the Service which are classed as Regulated Work with Children or which require registration with the SSSC or General Teaching Council or registration with another body, without the prior consent in writing of the Purchaser which shall not be unreasonably withheld subject to compliance with the requirements of Clause 6 (Staffing) herein.

Service Provider confirms that it has entered or (as the case may be) will enter with (each of) the third-party processor(s) into a written agreement incorporating terms which are substantially similar to those set out in this Processing Agreement as between Customer and Service Provider and, such third-party processor has given sufficient guarantees that they will implement measures to ensure that Processing the Personal Data it carries out will meet the requirements of the GDPR, and of any Applicable Data Protection Laws, and protect the rights of data subjects.

Appointment of Subcontractors. SP may subcontract any or all of the Services to a third party. Despite the previous sentence; SP shall remain principally liable to the PP for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
