Common use of Appointment of Sub-Advisor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub-Advisor. The Fund hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor to act as the Sub-Advisor of each series listed in Schedule A to this Agreement (each such series, together with all other series subsequently established by the Fund and made subject to this Agreement in accordance with Section 10, being herein referred to as "a Series", and collectively as "the Series") under the supervision of the Board and the Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.

The Fund Series Funds hereby appoints the Sub-Advisor to act as the Sub-Advisor of each series listed in Schedule A to this Agreement (each such series, together with all other series subsequently established by the Fund Series Funds and made subject to this Agreement in accordance with Section 10, being herein referred to as "a Series", and collectively as "the Series") under the supervision of the Board and the Advisor, and the Sub-Advisor hereby accepts such appointment, all subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
