Appointment of Representatives. 9.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint employees as Representatives. The Union will provide the Employer with written notice of the names of its Representative(s) and alternates within fourteen (14) days of their appointment. The Employer shall not be required to deal with any Representative(s) except those named and identified to the Employer through written notice.
