Common use of Appointment of Managers Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Managers. The Members shall appoint a Chief Manager (which office may be designated "President" or "Chief Executive Officer" or such other designation as the Members may determine from time to time, but which officer shall in any event perform the functions of the "Chief Manager," and any references in this Agreement to the "Chief Manager" shall be deemed to be references to such officer) and a Secretary to serve as the Managers of the LLC. The initial Chief Manager shall be Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx. The initial Secretary shall be A. Xxxx Xxxxxxxx. The LLC shall have such additional Managers as may be appointed from time to time by the Members.
