Appointment of Class Counsel. Solely for the purpose of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree that the Court appoint Class Counsel to represent the Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. In connection with their motion for preliminary approval, Plaintiffs will seek the Court’s appointment of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx LLP as Class Counsel for the Settlement Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. Having considered the factors set forth in submissions of Plaintiffs’ Counsel and the work performed by Plaintiffs’ Counsel thus far in the Litigation, the Court finds that Xxxxxxxxx X. P. 23(g) to act on behalf of the 5 Settlement Class Representatives and the Settlement Classes with respect to the Settlement. The 6 Court finds that these lawyers are experienced and will adequately protect the interests of the Settlement Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. For purposes of this Stipulation and subject to the 27 Court's approval, the Parties hereby stipulate to the appointment of Class Counsel as counsel for the 28 Class solely in order to effectuate the Settlement pursuant to this Stipulation.
