Common use of Appointment of Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Agent. Each Lender and each L/C Issuer hereby appoints GE Capital (together with any successor Agent pursuant to Section 8.9) as Agent hereunder and authorizes Agent to (i) execute and deliver the Loan Documents and accept delivery thereof on its behalf from any Credit Party, (ii) take such action on its behalf and to exercise all rights, powers and remedies and perform the duties as are expressly delegated to Agent under such Loan Documents and (iii) exercise such powers as are incidental thereto.

Appointment of Agent. Each Lender and each L/C Issuer hereby appoints GE Capital BFS (together with any successor Agent pursuant to Section 8.910.9) as Agent hereunder and authorizes Agent to (i) execute and deliver the Loan Financing Documents and accept delivery thereof on its behalf from any Credit Party, (ii) take such action on its behalf and to exercise all rights, powers and remedies and perform the duties as are expressly delegated to Agent under such Loan Financing Documents and (iii) exercise such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.

Appointment of Agent. Each Lender and each L/C Issuer hereby appoints Cantor (as successor Agent to GE Capital (and together with any other successor Agent pursuant to Section 8.9) as Agent hereunder and authorizes Agent to (i) execute and deliver the Loan Documents and accept delivery thereof on its behalf from any Credit Party, (ii) take such action on its behalf and to exercise all rights, powers and remedies and perform the duties as are expressly delegated to Agent under such Loan Documents and (iii) exercise such powers as are incidental thereto.
