Appointment of Agent for Service of Process. The Pledgor hereby irrevocably designates and appoints CT Corporation System, Corporation Trust Center, 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000 as the Pledgor’s authorized agent to receive on the Pledgor’s behalf service of any and all process that may be served in any suit, action or proceeding of the nature referred to in this Section in any state or federal court sitting in the State. If such agent shall cease so to act, the Pledgor shall irrevocably designate and appoint without delay another such agent in the State satisfactory to the Lender and shall promptly deliver to the Lender evidence in writing of such other agent’s acceptance of such appointment and its agreement that such appointment shall be irrevocable.
