Appointment and Tenure. (i) The Member may or may not, from time to time, designate officers of the Company to carry out the day-to-day business of the Company.

At the initial organizational meeting and thereafter without a meeting, the Board may appoint the president, secretary, treasurer, and other such officers as the Board shall deem necessary or appropriate in order to carry out the business of the Fund. Appointment and Tenure. Each officer of the Company shall be appointed by the Board on an annual basis, and shall hold office until his or her successor is appointed and qualified or until his or her earlier death, disability, disqualification, removal, or resignation. An officer may serve for any number of terms, consecutive or otherwise.
