Appointing an authorised representative. You may authorise a person over the age of 18 years to act as your agent in relation to your Account. In order to do so you must: • notify us of your intention to appoint a person as your agent; • give us certain personal information about that person; and • obtain that person’s consent for you to provide their personal information to us and for us to collect, use and disclose their personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the Foxtel Privacy Policy. If you authorise a person to act as your agent, you warrant to us that you have obtained the above-mentioned consent. After you have authorised a person to act as your agent, that person will have power to act on your behalf in respect of your Account and will have the authority to do most things in relation to your Account (including changing Plans and Bundles, for which fees may apply). Your authorised representative will not be able to add another authorised representative or cancel your Account, unless you have authorised this and agreed it with us. You can cancel the appointment of an authorised representative by giving us at least 7 days notice.

  • Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

  • Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business.
