Application Specific License. If the Order lists a specific application authorized for use with the Product, or if Licensee obtained a Product in conjunction with a software application provided by a third party, the Product is licensed for use only with such application. Use with any other application/product is strictly prohibited. Licensee shall be further subject to the license terms of the appropriate license model for the Product (e.g., CPU License, Core License, Named User License, etc.) designated in the Order.

Container Licensing: None of the above licenses may be used within a container (e.g., a Docker Container). To use Gurobi within a container, You must either (i) use the Gurobi Product as a client to a floating-use server 1.d or a compute server 1.e, or (ii) obtain a special license that allows use from within a container. Time-limited Evaluation License: These licenses can be of any of the above types 1.a-g, but will have a specified time limit determined at the time the license key is issued (typically two (2) weeks from the date of issue). A Time- limited Evaluation License is intended to allow You to determine whether the Product is a technical fit for Your project. Accordingly, for this type of license, Your license and usage rights are limited to non-productive, non-commercial use, and the Product may not be used for development purposes. Distributed Optimization Add-On License: This license option can be added onto types 1.b, 1.c, 1.e, or 1.f above, and enables the use of distributed algorithms (distributed tuning, distributed concurrent optimization, and distributed MIP).

  • Scope of License The license granted to you for the Company application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Company application on a device that utilizes the Apple iOS or Android operating system, as applicable, and in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the applicable App Distributor terms of service.   • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize.   • Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy, or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student.   • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.
