Common use of Application Services Clause in Contracts

Application Services. The Co-Managers are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver written agreements with attorneys, accountants, economists and banking/fundraising consultants, relating to the various applications to be filed with the Regulators in connection with the formation of the Proposed Banks, and for other services related to the formation of the Company or the Proposed Banks. The Co-Managers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, to the extent of funds made available by the Founders as described herein, all amounts agreed to in said agreements for all such services rendered.

The Co-Managers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, to the extent of funds made available by the Founders Organizers as described herein, all amounts agreed to in said agreements for all such services rendered.
