Application Process. The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.

If Applicant chooses to appeal the rejection, Applicant agrees that appeals will take additional time and that it will bear additional costs, if any, related to the continued process of certification. Applicant understands that LegitScript is under no obligation to accept an appeal or future applications from Applicants whose certification has been denied or revoked. c. Applicant understands that Applicant must pay a nonrefundable application fee in full prior to LegitScript beginning certification review of Applicant. d. Applicant agrees to provide information to LegitScript required for application processing listed in the application form. e. Applicant agrees that LegitScript may disclose information about Applicant provided to LegitScript by Applicant or by other entities, unless that information is subject to an additional confidentiality agreement between the LegitScript and Applicant. For example, LegitScript may disclose evidence of illegal activity to appropriate governmental authorities or violative content to LegitScript’s corporate clients or other third parties. f. Applicant agrees that LegitScript is authorized to make inquiries about, research, collect, and store information from various sources about Applicant, its directors, employees, agents, and contractors. g. Probationary certification may be awarded to certain Applicants in instances where LegitScript, in its sole discretion, has determined that the Applicant will require increased monitoring and review. This status is applicable to, but is not exclusive to the following: i. Applicants whose business models involve partnerships with a substantial number of otherwise unaffiliated businesses, and which, in LegitScript’s sole discretion, present a heightened need for increased monitoring...
Application Process. 16.3.1 At the beginning of each academic year, the Xxxxxxx or the xxxx responsible for sabbaticals will notify all faculty members of their eligibilities and encourage them to apply for sabbatical. Application Process. Any certified person employed in the district, desiring to transfer to another position, building location, subject area or grade level for any vacancy may file an application with the District Human Resources office. The Application shall include complete details of the collocation and Interconnection requested, including, but not limited to, specific floor space, power, and environmental conditioning requirements. CenturyLink will not process an Application until both the Application and the applicable Application fee are received. 99.1.2 In the event CLEC desires to modify or decommission the use of the Collocation Space in a manner that requires additional engineering or preparation work by CenturyLink (an “Augment), CLEC will complete a subsequent Application detailing all information regarding the modification to the Collocation Space together with payment of the appropriate Application Augment Fee. Such modifications to the Premises may include but are not limited to, floor loading changes, changes necessary to meet HVAC requirements, changes to power plant requirements, and equipment additions. In addition to the Application Augment Fee, CLEC will pay all such charges billed by CenturyLink to recover the direct costs of work performed for CLEC’s benefit. 99.1.3 Where CLEC modifies the use of the Collocation Space or adds equipment that requires no additional engineering or preparation work on the part of CenturyLink, CenturyLink will not impose additional charges or additional intervals that would delay CLEC’s operation. CLEC will notify CenturyLink of the modifications or additional equipment prior to installation. 99.2 If CLEC wishes CenturyLink to consider multiple methods for collocation on a single Application, CLEC will need to include in each Application a prioritized list of its preferred methods of collocating (e.g., caged, shared, o...

(d) If the Operator is satisfied that an application is complete and the applicant is eligible to become a Member, then the Operator must accept the application and enter into the Membership Agreement with the applicant, on behalf of the Operator and all Members. (e) Each Member authorises the Operator to enter into a Membership Agreement with an applicant in accordance with this clause, on behalf of that Member. (f) If the Operator is not satisfied that an applicant is eligible to become a Member, then the Operator must refuse the application. (g) If the Operator refuses an application, then it must give the applicant written reasons for the refusal.
